OUR HISTORY:
Fidus Finance AG is represented and managed by a family operating in the financial investment sector, with experience in the agri-food industry and, more specifically, in the dairy processing industry.
The company is led by Dr. Marzena Warpas, who acquired the entire share capital, becoming the sole shareholder and director.
From that moment onward, commercial strategies were implemented in the dairy raw materials sector, supported by a well-established and structured sales network across both national and international markets. This approach has made it possible to meet the needs of the industry and to achieve a significant expansion of the company’s commercial operations, resulting in outstanding performance in 2025.
The dairy raw materials sector is highly profitable and, due to the substantial investments it requires, allows for favorable contractual conditions and industrial planning aimed at supporting and developing the trade of raw materials.
Currently, we operate through logistics bases located throughout Europe for the supply and distribution of goods, relying on logistics partners who ensure punctuality in both supply and delivery.
The contractual planning within the dairy raw materials sector, which is experiencing strong growth due to increasingly specialized demand, has led us to focus on the Italian market, where we generate approximately 70% of our turnover. This has prompted us to establish a new office in a major financial and commercial hub such as Milan.
Our business operations are oriented towards trading activities, both in service of processing industries and through the direct use of raw materials, enabling us to produce finished goods under our own brand.

Fidus is led by Managing Director Bart Skenner, a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the dairy sector and raw material management. With a vision focused on innovation and sustainable growth, Bart oversees company operations, promoting efficiency and commercial development both nationally and internationally.
The commercial division is headed by Sales Manager Sole Beck, who brings deep market knowledge and expertise in dairy processing industries. Her experience and ability to build strong relationships with partners and clients ensure a proactive and tailored approach, capable of meeting the most complex industry demands.
Under their leadership, Fidus has established an efficient European logistics network, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized distribution. The combination of strategic vision and operational expertise enables the company to successfully operate in raw material trading as well as in the production of finished products under its own brand, strengthening its presence in both the Italian and international markets.
